Weer helemaal schoon en vacht geplukt…beauty Zara

Vandaag is het alweer 1 jaar geleden dat ik mijn hond Zara (Zlata) op Schiphol mocht ophalen. Spannend was dat, een kado voor mij en Sophie. We zijn blij met Zara! ?
Wat een jaar hebben we achter de rug! Een eerste jaar met vele mooie momenten, met véle stappen vooruit.
Zara heeft mede dankzij goede trainingen een ware metamorfose ondergaan. Ze is een compleet andere hond geworden, in positieve zin, ze is thuis, tot rust gekomen en nu veel socialer naar mens én dier. En nog steeds zie ik haar opbloeien… ❤ Zo mooi om te zien!

Het gaat erg goed met Zara en ze is happy met Sophie.
Gezondheid: Ze is gezond, gesteriliseerd, gevaccineerd en heeft een chip.
Houding tov volwassenen: Perfect. Totaal geen agressie, juist erg aanhankelijk en zachtaardig. Ze houdt van het gezelschap van mensen. Erg lieve en communicatieve hond.
Houding tov kinderen: Ze is geschikt voor een familie met kinderen ouder dan 10 jaar.
Houding tov honden: Ze woont nu in een opvanggezin met andere honden. Dat gaat goed. Ze kan als tweede hond geplaatst worden. Tijdens een eerste ontmoeting met een andere hond kan ze gaan grommen maar na een paar minuutjes draait ze bij en wordt ze vriendelijk.
Houding tov katten: Mede afhankelijk van haar eigenaar. Als die bereid is haar te leren dan katten haar vrienden zijn, zal het waarschijnlijk lukken. Maar de voorkeur gaat uit een familie zonder katten of dat de mogelijkheid bestaat om ze de eerste tijd gescheiden te houden.
Voorkeur woonomgeving: Geen voorkeur. Het belangrijkste is dat er van haar gehouden wordt, een bak met voer klaarstaat, wandelen en geaaid worden. Dan kan ze kan in een huis met tuin of in een appartement wonen. Ze is slim en makkelijk te trainen. Loopt netjes aan de lijn en kan alleen thuis blijven.
Voorkeur adoptanten: Geen voorkeur. Families met kinderen ouder dan 10 jaar.

Attitude towards adults – perfect, no aggression at all, very fond of care, affection and tenderness. She likes to be in a company of people, very friendly and communicative dog
Attitude towards children – fits for the family with children over 10 years.
Attitude towards other dogs – now she lives in a foster house with other dogs. She can be a second dog in a family. At first meeting with another dog Zlata can growl but after few minutes she becomes friendly.
Attitude towards cats – we think it depends on her owner and if he will be prepared to explain to her that cats are her friends also. But we would like to find her a family without cats or with the possibility to divide them in different rooms for the first time.
Preferable residence – it doesn’t matter, the main thing for her is to be loved, fed, walked and patted often. For her will be good to live both in a house with garden and in city apartments – Zlata is smart and easily trainable dog. She walks well on the leash and can stay at home alone.
Owner preference – fits perfectly in any family, or families with adult children and dogs.
History, particularities – Zlata was found on the outskirts of Moscow near metro station. She was in very tightened collar. Volunteers picked her up. At first they wanted to take Zlata to the shelter but after 2 days it becomes clear that this dog is former home and she can’t survive in the shelter. She likes to wash after each walking and adores to sleep on the sofa. She will step very close to you and if you will sit Zlata will lay down near your foots. Now Zlata lives at fosters with another dog. At first she was not very glad to be not the only dog but after a week both dogs became friends and like to walk together. On the walk Zlata is very obedient, she knows the leash. But you shouldn’t give her the possibility to walk without leash in new place – she can run away. Also Zlata adores elderly women – maybe her previous owner was such woman… Zlata is very calm dog, she can stay alone at home without worry neighbors or damage your flat. And Zlata is very beautiful – real “autumn dog”, your eternal Indian summer!
