Omg. I just… she’s just… omg. The cutest!!! Lu (Shura)

Shura is een rustige hond die menselijk gezelschap belangrijker vindt dan een speeltje. Ze is vrolijk, vriendelijk, trouw en heel sociaal. Soms kan ze wat aandacht claimen, maar dat is niet zo verwonderlijk als je de hele week in een hok zit. Shura wordt graag aangehaald en gaat op haar rug liggen om uitgebreid te worden geaaid en te spelen. Ze is echt een volwassen dame met een super lief karakter en een duidelijke kroelkip.

Shura (ook wel Shurochka of Shurka genoemd – wat eigenlijk een verkorte versie is van Alexandra) leeft in het gemeentelijk asiel. Van haar verleden weten we niets. Zo’n twee jaar geleden zijn vrijwilligsters begonnen haar mee te nemen op wandelingen en ze geniet zichtbaar van elk spaarzaam moment dat ze uit haar hok mag.

Shura kent nog geen commando’s, maar ze is slim en zal deze snel oppakken. Als ze met de vrijwilligsters wandelt doet ze haar behoefte buiten, dus zodra ze weet dat er meerdere wandelingen komen zal ze waarschijnlijk zindelijk leren zijn.

Houding tov volwassenen: Goed, Shura vindt mensen gewoon prettig gezelschap en vertrouwt iedereen. Ze loopt netjes mee aan de lijn en blijft, als ze los kan lopen dichtbij haar vrijwilligster in de buurt.

Houding tov kinderen: Goed. Ze is op de foto’s te zien met een kindje van 5 jaar en daar is ze heel lief voor.

Houding tov andere honden: Goed, Shura is conflict vermijdend en gaat heel goed om met zowel reutjes als teefjes. Ze kan dan ook prima als tweede hond worden geplaatst.

Houding tov katten: Nog onbekend.

Kan alleen zijn: Onbekend, Shura kent alleen het leven in haar asielhok. Ook hier geldt dat dit langzaam moet worden opgebouwd.

Autorijden: Onbekend. Dit zal met haar geoefend moeten worden.

Gezondheid: Shura is gevaccineerd, gesteriliseerd, gechipt en heeft een dierenpaspoort.

Voorkeur woonomgeving: Geen voorkeur.

Voorkeur adoptanten: Shura kan prima bij een gezin met kinderen, maar is ook een prima kameraadje voor een persoon of koppel. Het zou voor Shura fijn zijn als er al een andere hond aanwezig is.
