KOMT HIER EEN GELUKKIG VERHAAL ?

De vrijwilligers uit Rusland zijn erg dankbaar voor de adopties en zijn natuurlijk erg blij met alle updates uit Nederland waarin ‘hun’ dieren in de nieuwe thuis en omgeving te zien zijn.

Het zou geweldig zijn om de Russische vrijwilligers het resultaat van hun vele werk te laten zien.

Wij willen u vragen alstublieft foto’s of video’s te mailen naar mymartin@mymartin.eu om de vrijwilligers uit Rusland hun gelukkige rushonden te laten zien. Sharles is een knappe, vriendelijke, sociale hond met een weelderige vacht.

We weten niets van zijn verleden. Op een koude dag stond Sharles aan de poort van het asiel; gewond, vies en uitgehongerd. Het personeel van het asiel nam hem op. Hij kreeg medische hulp, eten en een hok. Zijn oog bleek beschadigd: giftig cataract. Vermoedelijk is hij blootgesteld aan gif. Sharles vond al gauw zijn draai in het asiel. Hij maakte vrienden en wacht met smart tot het weekend, dan komen zijn geliefde vrijwilligers hem bezoeken.

Sharles heeft een goede eetlust, is zindelijk, loopt prima aan de lijn en kent enkele basiscommando’s. Hij is dol speeltjes, vooral met een balletje maak je hem blij.

Houding tov volwassenen: Sharles is mensgericht en volgzaam.

Houding tov kinderen: Vanaf 10 jaar. Door zijn beperktere zicht kunnen kleine kinderen hem nerveus maken. Met oudere kinderen gaat hij goed om.

Houding tov andere honden: Sharles kan goed overweg met andere honden, hij zoekt conflicten niet op. Hij kan goed voor zichzelf opkomen.

Houding tov katten: Kan niet overweg met katten. Hij jaagt ze op.

Autorijden: Goed, hij blijft kalm.

Gezondheid: Sharles is gevaccineerd, gecastreerd, gechipt en heeft een dierenpaspoort.
Sharles heeft één blind oog, zijn gezondheid is verder goed.

Voorkeur woonomgeving: Geen voorkeur.

Voorkeur adoptanten:  Geen voorkeur.

Sharles is about 5 years old. He is very beautiful dog with luxurious wool and interest color. Because of long white wool he looks like soft toy. Sharles is not small – 33 kg and 50 cm (at the withers). He is blind in one eye, but in other aspects he has a good health.

Sharles is a puzzle-dog — we do not know anything about him rather than it’s a shelter dogs. He just appeared one winter cold night at the gate of shelter. He was very hungry, wounded and terribly dirty. Of course shelter staff have decided to take him to the shelter. They provided medical assistance to him, fed him and allocated compartment. Since then Sharles lives in the shelter. He got to the doctor and unfortunately the diagnosis unfavorable — toxic cataract. We think the reason was a trauma from potent chemical. But Sharles does not lose heart. He got comfortable quickly and soon he found a lot of friends, so now he always wait for the weekend to meet his favorite volunteers. He very likes human attention.

Sharles is unpretentious in food – he likes both dry food and canned food and very likes dog treats. No allergies identified. Sharles has a kind, pliable temper. He is friendly and good natured. He easily finds a common language with strange people. Also he calm with other dogs and did not find a conflict, but he can protect himself. He does not likes cats and will hunt for them. He may afraid of little kids because of vision problems but he likes more older kids.
Sharles walks well on a leash. Knows basic commands. Car trips he  takes calm. Very likes toys and special likes balls.

Sharles lives in enclosure. He always try to endure the toilet until walk. Not inclined to destroy actions. A good home for Sharles is the cottage, but he can live in appartment too. He can be single dog or a second dog but he will not live with cats.
