KOMT HIER EEN GELUKKIG VERHAAL ?

De vrijwilligers uit Rusland zijn erg dankbaar voor de adopties en zijn natuurlijk erg blij met alle updates uit Nederland waarin ‘hun’ dieren in de nieuwe thuis en omgeving te zien zijn.

Het zou geweldig zijn om de Russische vrijwilligers het resultaat van hun vele werk te laten zien.

Wij willen u vragen alstublieft foto’s of video’s te mailen naar mymartin@mymartin.eu om de vrijwilligers uit Rusland hun gelukkige rushonden te laten zien.

Petya en broer Ady, zijn niet de meest typische bewoners van de bewoners van het asiel. Ze werden samen gebracht door een beheerder, die zich in het begin over hen ontfermd heeft, maar plotseling spoorloos verdween. Zo kwamen Petya en Ady onder de hoede van het asiel. Ze bleven altijd een beetje afgezonderd van de andere bewoners van het asiel en het leek alsof ze een beetje misplaatst waren. Wat er met hen is gebeurd en hoe ze daar terecht zijn gekomen, is ook voor ons een groot mysterie. Maar er is een sterk gevoel dat ze ooit geliefd en huishonden waren. Nu delen ze een hok en zijn ze erg blij met de bezoeken van de vrijwilligers.

Petya heeft meer zelfvertrouwen en stelt zich vaak op als leider van de twee. Hij is rustig en minder geneigd te klieren, maar speelt graag, ook met speelgoed. Petya loopt makkelijk aan de lijn en trekt meestal niet. Hij is vrij trouw aan andere honden en over het algemeen is een wandeling met hem een zeer prettige ervaring. Kent de basiscommando’s. Gaat zonder problemen mee in de auto. Aan een onbekende omgeving heeft hij tijd nodig om te wennen, zeker als hij alleen is. Petya is stabiel genoeg om dit wel te kunnen. Toont geen agressie naar katten. Kan goed overweg met nieuwe mensen, zeker als ze bij de kennismaking een traktatie hebben. Kleine kinderen vindt hij wat spannend, met name als ze opdringerig of druk zijn. Aangezien Petya op dit moment verblijft in een asiel, is het moeilijk te zeggen hoe hij zich in huis zal gedragen. Petya kan zowel in een appartement of huis wonen. 

Petya is not the most typical representative of the shelter’s inhabitants. He, along with his brother Ady, was brought by the curator, who at first dealt with them, and then disappeared somewhere. Unfortunately, we could not find out what happened to him and find him, so now Ady and Petya were in the care of the orphanage. They always kept a little apart from the other inhabitants of the shelter and it seemed that they were a little out of place. What happened to them and how they got there is also a big mystery for us. But there is a persistent feeling that they were once loved and domesticated. Now they are sitting together in the same enclosure and are very happy when volunteers come to them. Petya is more confident in himself and often acts as the leader in this pair. He is calmer and less inclined to fool around, but he is also ready to play. Petya walks very comfortably on a leash and usually does not pull. He is quite loyal to other dogs and, in general, a walk with him is a very pleasant experience.

Like most of the inhabitants of the shelter, Petya is unpretentious in food. He eats dry food, canned food, and porridge with meat, and he will never give up treats. No allergies have been identified.

Petya is still a very young dog, presumably he is 2-3 years old (we believe that he was born in 2018). He has a luxurious coat of black-fawn bark, a very fluffy tail and cute envelope ears.

Petya has a wonderful character – he is good-natured, active, easy-going, and completely human-oriented. In an unfamiliar environment, especially if he is alone, he may be a little lost for the first time, but he has a strong enough psyche and he will quickly get used to it. He, in general, quite easily, will be able to get along with his relatives. No obvious aggression was noticed in cats. Petya will be able to quickly find a common language with strangers, especially if they have a treat. Small children can scare him a little if they are very pushy.

Walks normally on a leash. Teaches basic commands. Car rides without problems. Loves toys.

Petya lives in an enclosure, so it is difficult to predict how he will behave at home. However, he does not have a predisposition to destructive actions and, with enough attention and length of walks, he will most likely stay at home without problems. It may require training to use the toilet on the street, but, most likely, there should be no fundamental difficulties.

Both a private house and an apartment are suitable for Petya. Ideally, a family without small children. The best option is for them to be taken along with their brother, but, of course, we are ready to attach them separately.
