First Impressions
Ottis zat oorspronkelijk in een privé-asiel in Zelenokumsk (zuid-Rusland). Omdat het asiel de deuren sloot werden alle honden herplaatst en kwam hij terecht in een asiel Moskou. Hij was nog erg jong destijds. Gelukkig kwam hij in een opvang gezin terecht. Daar leeft hij nu sinds de zomer van 2018. Hij heeft 4 honden als gezelschap en heeft zich heel snel aangepast aan de huisregels.
Ottis wordt nu 2 of 3 maal daags uitgelaten en is absoluut zindelijk. Hij loopt in principe netjes mee aan de lijn. Soms ziet hij iets interessants en kan dan wat trekken. Ottis kent inmiddels al heel wat commando’s en is een goede leerling. Een leuke, slimme hond om trainingen mee te doen. Niet alleen fysiek maar ook hersentrainingen zijn aan hem goed besteed.
Houding tov volwassenen: Goed, Ottis kijkt altijd uit naar iets of iemand om mee te spelen.
Houding tov kinderen: Ottis past prima bij kinderen vanaf een jaar of 10.
Houding tov andere honden: Goed, Ottis houdt van soortgenoten en kan prima als tweede hond worden geplaatst.
Houding tov katten: Goed. Ottis is op een positieve manier geïnteresseerd in katten en andere dieren.
Kan alleen zijn: Goed, het is wel zaak om dingen waarvan hij denkt dat het speelgoed is en waarop hij zou kunnen kauwen uit het zicht te halen.
Autorijden: Goed.
Gezondheid: Ottis is gevaccineerd, gecastreerd, gechipt en heeft een dierenpaspoort.
Voorkeur woonomgeving: Geen voorkeur.
Voorkeur adoptanten: Ottis is een actieve, speelse hond die best wel aandacht nodig heeft. Hij past goed bij een gezin met wat oudere kinderen die het ook leuk vinden om met hem te spelen. Hij wordt absoluut ook zeker gelukkig bij een persoon of koppel dat zijn humor kan waarderen en hem ook uitdaagt om nieuwe dingen te leren.

7. History of a dog
At first Ottis came to the private shelter from a private shelter from the south of Russia, city named Zelenokumsk. The shelter was closed and the dogs were attached to different cities. So, along with a large batch of dogs, city turned out to be in Moscow. And almost immediately moved to live on a good foster place (summer 2018).
Now he lives in the company of four dogs, quickly learned all the domestic rules. This is a very intelligent and well-trained dog. He adopts all the habits and rules of those living next to him. Both people and dogs.
Very active in games, almost never gets tired. He always needs a partner to play games.
