Wat gaaf is dit; komt mijn zoon fotograaf Nico Vermeer tegen. Dit is onze Lucy (voorheen Martha) helemaal happy met bal.

Weet u ze nog, de leuke pups? Gelukkig hebben ze bijna allemaal een thuis gevonden. Het zijn superhonden met heel veel mogelijkheden bij de juiste eigenaar.
Martha is vorige week naar Nederland gekomen en laat bij haar foster zien wat ze in huis heeft. Ze is geen pup meer, maar een jonge meid op ontdekkingstocht door het leven.
Martha leert iedere dag dat het leven in Nederland leuk is. Spelen en rennen met andere honden is leuk, en soms vindt ze alles zo geweldig dat ze zelfs de kat in huis probeert te verleiden tot een potje stoeien (tot nu toe zonder succes). Ze is zindelijk, loopt netjes aan de riem en slaapt in de bench.
Andere honden wil ze eerst op een afstandje bekijken, en als het in orde is bevonden, dan is het tijd voor flink dollen.
Snuffelen, spelen, ontdekken en grote kluiven verorberen: een typische jonge hond. Ook haar Russische achtergrond verloochent zich niet, ze heeft al wel geleerd dat mensen flinke klappen kunnen uitdelen, en kan daarom soms schrikken van onverwachte aanraking of geluiden. Ze toont geen agressie en herstelt snel, maar ze heeft duidelijk al een paar minder mooie ervaringen binnen.
Ook deze jongedame laat haar herder-DNA duidelijk zien: de wereld vat uiteen in wat zij kent en wat bij haar hoort. Deze trouwe eenvrouwshond ligt graag bij haar bazin in de buurt en blijft probleemloos bij je. Dat betekent ook dat bezoek eerst van een afstandje wordt bekeken, dan voorzichtig wordt besnuffeld, en dat pas als dat allemaal OK is, er geaaid kan worden. En dan ook graag en veel. Als bezoek ongevraagd binnenloopt zal Martha dat wel even luid en duidelijk laten weten.
Martha komt tot bloei bij een eigenaar die wat ervaring heeft met het sturen in de juiste richting. Met een andere hond kan ze enorme pret maken, maar het is voor haar beter als die hond stevig in zijn schoenen staat en haar karakter een beetje kan hebben. Katten gaat goed, paarden negeert ze en ze jaagt totaal niet. Met kinderen kan ze het goed vinden, mits die kinderen ook weer weten hoe ze met honden om moeten gaan. Met heel kleine kinderen hebben we het nog niet geprobeerd, maar echt krijsende kleuters zijn waarschijnlijk niet aan te bevelen.
Geduld, vertrouwen opbouwen en trainen, en je hebt de hond van je leven aan Martha. Als jij voor haar gaat, dan gaat zij voor jou.
Ze is nu 7 maanden oud, ongeveer 50 cm hoog en 19 kg. We verwachten dat ze in hoogte niet meer heel veel zal toenemen, maar wel nog zal uitzwaren. Al na een week was te zien dat haar diepzwarte vacht mooi ging glanzen. Een mooi contrast met haar goudkleurige oren en ogen. Wie geeft deze unieke schoonheid uit dit bijzondere nest een mooi thuis?

Attitude towards adults – Clever and beautiful, responsive and easy-training dog. Restless and funny. Looking forward to a happy future.

Attitude towards other dogs – Like an any puppy doesn’t have problems in communicating with other dogs
Attitude towards cats – There is no cats on the foster where he lives now, so, unfortunately, we can not check his reaction All depends from his new owner. As you can understand, small puppies are always kind and open with all other creations.
Preferable residence – It doesn’t matter, the main thing for her is to be loved, fed, walked and patted often. I note only that the dog will grow to large size, so, probably, a tiny apartment is not very comfortably for his future and convenience of his owners.
Owner preference – Fits perfectly in any family, or families with children, and dogs. Be prudent when choose a puppy! It requires greater attention, toilet training, possible problems with teething, etc, etc.
History, particularities:
26 February 2015 smart and beautiful yard dog gave birth to eight puppies in the annex under the balcony one of the houses, where she was fed. Presumably from the yard dog – Shepherd. At 3 weeks old puppies opened their eyes, began to crawl. During the night, some were crawling from warm blankets on the wet ground, it was cold (at this time of night was still frozen). Not indifferent residents were fed them 2 times a day, while others have started to complain about the squeaking, warned that its time to take them off somewhere … Exactly at the age of 3 weeks – March 26 – puppies with mother went to village’s foster near Moscow with the condition that she nursed them as it is necessary to 5-6 weeks, and then can be sterilized and returned to the same environment as common practice to do for homeless dogs in Russia.
On the foster they were very good in the warm indoors with heating and light, on the sawdust – near warm mother. Well-fed and well-groomed, a month later they were transferred to a free open-air cages with booths, wooden flooring and sawdust. There was a place for games development and growth. Meanwhile, mother was sterilized, after the surgery, she was in a warm enclosure, and 12 days later she was taken back with the tag in the ear, which means sterilized and vaccinated. She jumped out of the car immediately rushed to lick with her two friends-stray dogs, was very emotional meeting. Since then, they are together, they are fed, and her children are still on the foster, I hope this last motherhood was happy for her. One puppy-boy was adopted, living in a private house in the Vladimir region in good hands.
All puppies are chipped, vaccinated with comprehensive vaccination of all canine diseases until July 2017., Have passports and will be very glad to find good families. They have a very smart mom and she, too, is worthy of it. God bless them!
