JANUARI 2012

Very positive, open and sociable teenage dog.  Jeanka is a mix with some pointer and probably husky as she, the only one of the litter, has blue eyes. But she is significantly smaller, about 3 times smaller than the breeds standard. Jeanka and her siblings were found on a highway when they were 1 month old. Volunteers managed to save all puppies except two that were ridden over by cars.

Jeanka fond of tactile contacts. She is a lap dog and loves cuddling as can be seen on the pictures. Jeanka is a very kind, gentle and clever dog. She now lives in an apartment with several dogs and cats and gets along well with all of them. Jeanka likes kids and men, absolutely open to all people. The dog does not seem to remember all bad things that happened in her life or she might be just like that by nature – no fear or resentment of people.

Jeanka is fantastic in a car, never gets sick, does not play any tricks and usually falls asleep. She loves car rides. It will be a big pleasure to travel with such a dog. She eats both, natural and industrial pet food. Loves canned food. As she is quite young she can chew something like a telephone charger. It might be over by the time somebody adopts her. Jeanka loves to walk and run around with other dogs. She seems to be in need of good physical exercises and will benefit a lot from a private yard or garden. We do not see any age restrictions for potential adopters as long as these people are active, love pets and take good care of the dog.

Jeanka, 9 months old, was born in April 2020 in the South of Russia, 44 cm tall and weighs about 12 kg and will put on some more. Neutered, vaccinated, chipped and treated for all internal and external parasites. Walks well on a leash.
At the end of November, Jeanka suffered a hind leg fracture. She now walks with knitting needles until December 30. The fracture is not difficult. We will send a snapshot (x-ray) upon request.
