Even een update over Corra. Ze doet hel heel goed, is flink en braaf. De wandeltocht op 26 mei is heel goed gegaan, ze heeft losgelopen en kwam netjes terug. Ze is echt een hele mooie en lieve hond, zou haar niet kunnen missen.

Vanuit het asiel werd ze door een oudere vrouw geadopteerd. Zij woonde 3 jaar bij haar. In de zomer van 2018 werd deze vrouw ziek en moest naar het ziekenhuis. Gelukkig heeft een familielid een bevriende vrijwilligster benaderd en die heeft Corinna in huis genomen. Ze woont nu samen met maar liefst 18 andere honden. Dat gaat prima, maar eigenlijk zou ze graag wat rust willen en een eigen mandje.
Houding tov volwassenen: Goed, Corinna is heel toegankelijk; ze vindt mensen leuker dan speeltjes. Ze is vriendelijk, aanhankelijk en eigenlijk heel discreet. Corinna kent geen commando’s, maar loopt keurig mee aan de lijn en wordt nu 2x daags uitgelaten.
Houding tov kinderen: Goed bij kinderen vanaf 10 jaar.
Houding tov andere honden: Goed met voor haar bekende reutjes en teefjes; bij vreemde honden is ze wat afwachtend, maar zeker conflict vermijdend. Ze kan absoluut als tweede hond worden geplaatst.
Houding tov katten: Goed, ze leeft ook met katten en gaat daar prima mee om.
Kan alleen zijn: Goed, Corinna blijft kalm als ze alleen moet zijn, wel met de aantekening dat er nu ook andere dieren om haar heen zijn als het ‘vrouwtje’ even weg is.
Autorijden: Goed, Corinna gaat rustig zitten en kijkt wat naar buiten.
Gezondheid: Corinna is gevaccineerd, gesteriliseerd, gechipt en heeft een dierenpaspoort.
Voorkeur woonomgeving: Geen voorkeur.
Voorkeur adoptanten: Corinna is een aanhankelijke, niet opdringerige hond en past prima in een gezin met wat oudere kinderen en andere honden. Ze is ook een uitstekend maatje voor een één – of tweepersoons omgeving. Ze hecht zich snel en zal een uitstekend en trouw hondenmaatje zijn.

5. Health – clinically healthy. When Corrina was a young dog her back paws were broken, so she walks a little duck into a camber

7. The history of the dog. Corrina was adopted twice. Unluckly. First time when she was a puppy she was adopted by disadvantaged people, the man was drinking and the dog was released to walk on her own, the result was the pregnancy of the dog. When the master found out that he beat her and threw her outside, her paws were broken and she some how got to the garage, found a hole there and soon puppies were born, five puppies. Compassionate people found out about the dog, at first just fed, and then took to the shelter. First have attached puppies, and then Corrina took by an elderly woman. Corrina had lived there with an old lady for three years and this summer the woman got sick and went to the hospital. Relatives of a woman called volunteers which was attached to her and asked to pick up the dog. Now Corrina lives at foster place with 18 dogs and waiting for the best family, forever family
