MAART 2019
Ik wil graag laten weten dat wij verliefd zijn op Sotchi. We zijn enorm dankbaar dat jullie haar gered hebben en ze heeft hier een echt hondenleven. Haar ochtend start met in de zon liggen aan het raam zodat ze alles ziet wat voorbij komt.
Samen zijn met Lola (onze andere hond) gaat enorm goed. Sotchi past op Lola en ze spelen veel samen. Vanaf dag één was er een klik tussen mij en Sotchi en dit is nog steeds. We zijn enorm op elkaar ingespeeld. Als ik nog maar teken doe naar de zetel zet ze zich al klaar om met mij te komen knuffelen. Op het begin had ze fel bang van plotse bewegingen maar na enkele maanden ontstond er volledig vertrouwen. Ook had ze problemen met andere honden. Na haar beter te leren kennen weten we nu perfect hoe we haar moeten aanpakken. Ze kan nu zonder problemen met eender welke hond samen spelen.
Helaas was niet iedereen in het vakantieoord zo gecharmeerd van Sotchi. Tja, niet elke bezoeker is een liefhebber van honden. De beslissing was voor de vrijwilligster niet moeilijk: als wij naar huis gaan, gaat Sotchi mee! Zo gezegd, zo gedaan. Binnenkort (22 juni) komt Sotchi naar Nederland in de opvang. Hier kan ze rustig acclimatiseren en wennen aan een andere omgeving.
Sotchi is een fantastische hond voor een gezin met kinderen. Ze is zelf ook nog een puppy en vindt het geweldig dat er wat reuring om haar heen is. Ook vindt ze het super als er met haar gespeeld wordt; een balletje, een knuffeltje – ze gaat het wel halen. Inmiddels kent ze ook wat commando’s en is zeer leergierig. Haar Russische vrijwilligster heeft slechts een verzoek: mag ze alsjeblieft haar naam houden. Sochi is de plek waar ze is gevonden, een prachtige zonnige plaats aan de Zwarte zee.
Houding tov volwassenen: Goed, Sotchi wil direct kennis maken met voor haar onbekende mensen. Ze is echt een mensenhond.
Houding tov kinderen: Super, ook met kleinere kinderen doet Sotchi het geweldig; de vrijwilligster heeft zelf 2 kleine kinderen en daar doet ze heel voorzichtig mee. Ze wil graag spelen met ze.
Houding tov andere honden: Heel goed; ze gaat onbevangen op andere honden af en kan prima als tweede hond worden geplaatst.
Houding tov katten: Goed. Sotchi is echt gek op katten, ze wil graag met ze spelen.
Kan alleen zijn: Goed met de aantekening dat er nu altijd andere honden om haar heen zijn als het baasje weg is.
Autorijden: Goed, ze heeft zelfs al een vliegreis van Sotchi naar Moskou goed doorstaan.
Gezondheid: Goed. Sotchi is gevaccineerd, gechipt, gesteriliseerd en heeft een dierenpaspoort.

7. The history of the dog
So…. Story about my little doggy friend. So in the beginning of March 2018 I and my family decided to spend put small spring vacation in beautiful city Sochi!
Sochi is the capital pf Olympic games 2014 year and of course one of the city of FIFA competitions in june-july 2018.
The city is really beautiful. When we came there the spring had already sterated there. There were lots of tulips and flowers all around.
We decided to spend there 2 weeks.
We stayed in one of the local pansionates very close to the Black Sea. And once when i was walking with my kids near the sea i saw the dogs with a beautiful color who was playing with kids, running with them and just took part in kids movements. I decided to come and saw the dog. While speaking with other people, parents of kids of different ages, i found out that the dog was born on the territory of this place and started her life very close to guests. But…. as you can understand not every person likes to have a dog near the place of vacation. Well…. every day she styaed at the same place and looking for kids to play and get some food from people. To be honest i fell in love in Sochi!!! I gave her this name Sochi! Sotchi is … the place where sun is shining, people are smiling, sea is warm, food is good!
I asked the chief of guard if they have plans about her future. He said no, but suggested that someone wanted to take her home. I was trying to find this person but unfortunately the staff of the Pansionate told me that they dont know for sure yet. And after this words i wanted to help her to find a good life!
I informed the chief of guard that i am plainng to take her to Moscow. He didnt deny my suggestion. We prepared all documnets that need and 26 March Sochi, me beautiful sunny girl, came to Moscow!
Since 26 March 2018 Sotchi has been living at foster place with other dogs!
Sotchi is a very smart, kind, beautiful, affectionate, tender, positive, opened and very much focused dog to a person! Sotchi adores kids! any ages! She plays with my son 5 years old and licking hands of my one year old daughter.
8. Nutrition – allergies not detected. Eats dry food, snacks, dogs snacks, biscuits
9. Character – Sotchi is a young dog with puppy manners, she listens very well and she is easy trainable. Teach her and she understands all very quickly! Positive! Energetic but not crazy in her emotions, stable dog. Good dog. Sunny dog.
10. Attitude towards adults – very good. Friendly with everyone.
11. Attitude towards children – she adores children, even small. Communicate with kid ideally!
12. Attitude to other males and females – VERY good with other dogs, friendly. Likes to play with dogs. Run is fun! Not intrusive dog. Very good brains. No fobbies.
13. Attitude towards cats – good, no aggression. Has an interest in cats because wants to play. But not every cat likes it.
14. Relation to other animals – no interest. No hunter instinct.
15. As she walks on a leash – on a leash to walk accustomed. Due to age activity can sometimes pull a leash. But listens very well. She discovers the new world, everything is interesting for her!
16. Does any team know – basic knows (In Russian). Very smart, easy to teach. Teach her! Spend your time to grow up a good dog!
17. How she rides in the car: good, not feel sick. In the plane felt good in the baggage area.
18. Can she stay at home alone – I think yes she can. But now she stays with other dogs and people around her. I prefer to find for her a family with others dog or to become a one dog in a family with kids any ages. Not barking dog.
19. Toilet – accustomed 2-3 times per day, lots of time she likes to stay outside. When we came to Moscow there was lots of snow, she was so happy because of snow!
20. Toys – likes to play, likes to chew toys, she gives you paw if you tell her in Russian – Dai lapu!!!
