Senya is afgekort van Sentyabrenok. (Sentyabr betekent September in het Russisch) Hij is zo genoemd omdat zijn vacht de kleur van herfstbladeren heeft.
De vrijwiliigerster vertelt: Op weg naar huis kom ik vaak bedelaars tegen. Later bemerkte ik de puppies bij hen en dat de hondjes vaak wisselden. De bedelaars zaten op hun plek met een pup en na ongeveer drie weken was de pup zomaar verdwenen. Al snel hadden ze dan weer een nieuwe pup bij zich. Ik weet niet wat er met de hondjes gebeurde maar mijn vriend heeft dode hondjes zien liggen bij hun krotwoning. Ze geven ze geen water en eten dus de hondjes gaan snel dood.
Op een dag besloot ik een pup mee te nemen maar de bedelaars weigerden het hondje af geven. Ze wilden er een grote som geld voor hebben. Een paar dagen later zag ik de rode pup weer in de handen van de slapende bedelaar. De pup probeerde weg te komen alsof hij wist wat hem te wachten stond maar hij was vastgebonden. Deze keer kon ik niet zomaar voorbij lopen. Heel stilletjes heb ik hem losgemaakt, hem in mijn armen genomen en ben snel weggelopen. Ik heb de bedelaars nooit meer op die plek gezien.
Senya is een erg lieve, speelse, levendige, zachtaardige pup. Hij houdt van rennen en met andere honden spelen. Hij is een echt hondenkind. Hij is erg teder en dankbaar, hij houdt van aandacht en affectie en geeft dat ook terug aan iedereen. Uit dankbaarheid likt hij je handen en drukt hij zich tegen je aan alsof hij zeggen wil: “ik hoor bij jou, geef me alsjeblieft niet weg aan iemand anders”.
Autorijden: hij is soms nog een beetje misselijk maar dat komt omdat hij nog een puppy is.
The puppy, Sentyabrenok, named so because of the fur, color of September yellow leaves and that all had happened in September. He reminds a little fox. But shortly he is named Senya.
Senya is 8 months old, vaccinated, 40 cm at the withers, he grows to 45-50 cm. He is friendly with children, cats, dogs. In the car he is a little bit sick, but only because he is a puppy.
On my way home I often passed beggars. Latter I noticed the puppies near them, and the puppies often changed each other. The beggars had been sitting with one puppy for three weeks, then the puppy disappeared, but soon another one appeared. What happened to the puppies I do not know, but my friend once saw corpses of puppies near their constant flophouse. The beggars do not feed the puppies, do not give water to them and the puppies die quickly. I am sorry for them very much.
Once I decided to take a puppy from the beggars but they refused to give the dog free of charge and asked a large sum of money for it. Some days after I saw a red little puppy in the hands of a sleeping beggar, the puppy tried to go away as thou felt what could happen with him, but he was tied. Now it was beyond me to pass by, I tied him off quietly, took him in my hands and went away.
I did not meet the beggars at that place any more.
Sentyabrenok, shortly Senya, is a very kind, mobile, playful, and, the most important thing, is a lively puppy. He likes to run, play with other dogs, it is a real child, but dog`s child. The puppy is a very-very tender and grateful, he loves affection and attention and he gives them back to everyone. In gratitude he licks hands and pressed as thou wants to say “I am yours, do not give me to anyone”!
