Larsen met zijn vriendje Youp.. Even de tuin omspitten. 😂Larsen voelt zich als een vis in het water…het is echt een ontzettende lieverd!
Larsen is gevonden op een treinstation in het zuiden van Rusland, bij de Zwarte Zee; hij zat onder de uitslag en parasieten. Hij zat op een zeer gevaarlijke plek en een lieve vrijwilligster heeft gezorgd dat hij via Sochi naar Moskou kwam. Bij haar is deze prachtige pointer/setter mix helemaal opgeknapt en nu klaar voor een nieuw baasje.
Houding tov volwassenen: Prima, hij is erg vriendelijk en lief naar mensen toe; het is duidelijk dat hij ooit een huishond is geweest en kent ook enkele commando’s. Larsen is graag bij mensen in de buurt en zeer trouw.
Houding tov kinderen: Goed. hij is zelf ook nog een ‘kind’ en speelt graag.
Houding tov andere honden: Goed. Hij woont nu in een appartement met vier andere honden.
Houding tov katten: Goed, er wonen ook zeven katten in het appartement en Larsen gaat daar goed mee om.
Kan alleen zijn: Onbekend.
Gezondheid: Larsen is gevaccineerd, gechipt, gecastreerd en heeft een dierenpaspoort.
Voorkeur woonomgeving: Larsen kan goed op een appartement, maar een huis met tuin zou ideaal zijn.
Voorkeur adoptanten: Larsen is echt een mensenhond en een werker; heel geschikt voor mensen die actief met hem willen gaan trainen.
Larsen, 7-8 months old. Vaccinated, chipped, treated against all parasites, castrated. Feels comfortable wearing a leash, and gentle without a leash. He is so people-oriented, tender, thankful and devoted. Larsen is big enough, his shoulder height is 60 cm, weight is about 23-25 kg. Larsen looks like a wirehaired pointer and setter mix.
He was found in the very south of Russia near the Black Sea. Larsen flew to Moscow from Sochi for two hours, to become my dog under care, whom I am trying to find a loving family. He can live in a separate house or a flat. But having in mind that Larsen has hunting breeds in his blood, it is preferable to walk a little longer with him. Larsen is absolutely friendly with all animals. In his temporary flat there are seven cats and four dogs. He is also friendly with men and women.
When we took Larsen from the south of Russia, he was hurt by dermic parasites, his body was itching terribly and he scratched it till it bleeds. He was also very exhausted. We had to make the course of treatment with medical shampoo and Stronghold drops to cure that. Besides that Larsen took antibiotic and vitamins.
He sleeps on a bed or a sofa, he needs everything cozy and comfortable after wandering somewhere on a hot boiling pavement. I saw Larsen first on facebook on destitute dogs page. Many dogs including him lived (and a lot of them still do) on a railway station, where they are not often fed and the authorities call for shooting from time to time (there are no shelters in that region). He has drawn a lucky ticket for now to come to Moscow, but he doesn’t’ have a home here. I do hope he will draw the second lucky ticket too. He wants someone to need him. We are sure he has a family before – he can shake a paw, feels the leash, keeps himself clean- here we can see this dog was betrayed…Larsen eats almost everything, but now we are trying to give him special canned food. He doesn’t have a big problem with car sickness. Larsen is an ideal dog, a companion dog I think. It will be a great pleasure to go with him to the dog ground or to walk in the park or forest. He gets along with other dogs very well.
