7. History of a dog

The volunteer found Fanny, her brother and mother at the end of 2016 year in the industrial zone not far from Moscow. Before the New Year holidays, having learned about puppies, the volunteer found them. The family lived in a snow pit, the puppies were very hungry. Every day the volunteer came with a hot meal and soon the kids got used to everyday meals. Far from the place of feeding, they did not leave, they soon began to meet the car and rejoice, the call of barking. Funny was the most charming “baby”, but very shy, she didn’t come close, only the sight of hot and tasty food, in the cold, made her approach the volunteer for a short distance. Every day the distance was reduced, and the girl Funny began to get used to the “new friend.” Even then, it was clear that, in principle, she was ready to make contact, but the fear of a man inspired by her mom, unfortunately, took over.

One day, a volunteer, arriving to feed the puppies, found them lying in the back of the pit and not wanting to go out for food. Frightened, an urgently summoned catcher, caught the little ones and took them to the clinic. Nothing serious happened to them, they were placed in a hospital, where they spent almost 2 months.

Time in the cell, in a very small space, spent in the clinic, affected the behavior of e for the worse. The baby grew up, but at the same time she was afraid of the person, did not fit, was closed. Seeing such a reaction to a person, the volunteer was forced to give Fanny to a serious training. The girl lived for 2 months with trainers. Every day, she was quickly trained on the main teams, but most importantly, she was taught to be human. We dealt separately with her in places of large crowds of people, went on a leash around the station where the trains and passengers arrived. She walked along the road where the cars drove. We walked through the streets, accustomed to city life. Fanny was an incredibly intelligent dog. She learned to obey, to execute commands, and after 2 months it was a completely different dog.

After training, the family moved in full composition to the apartment of the volunteer, where they lived all summer. At first, there were a lot of difficulties with Fanny. The “young lady” had long been accustomed to walking, closed in and was afraid of movements in her own direction. After some time, having got used, the girl began to change. She happily ran for a walk, was not afraid of an elevator, noises and sudden movements. Slowly, the “star” joined the team and began to frantically make its way onto the sofa, in order to develop a new place. She liked that a lot, she really wanted to be close to her mom.

In autumn 2017, Fanny and her brother Joseph (already adopted in Holland) moved to the country. For the “kids”, the “autumn season” became the most vivid impression of life. They lived together with 9 dogs, were friends with all, played, had fun, and then “without hind legs” sniffed in place, sweetly snuffling or whining in their sleep. All the time they communicated with people, every day they were engaged in the main teams, played games, walked on a leash. What just cost a trip to the lake! Fanny was swimming with her brother with great pleasure.

After the dacha season was closed, the dogs moved to a big and nice house. Every day was arranged by the hour: festivities, activities, games, fun — all this gave more courage, Fanny began to be active, and reincarnated from a “little scared little panty” into a cheerful, cheeky “fox”. At the time of distribution of “snacks,” the little foxes were in the first rows, the little one forgot about her fears, waiting for her piece. Fun and kindness allowed the dog to open up. In winter, there was a move to the apartment again. At first, the “little ones” were upset by the change of the situation, but after a week they adapted and returned to normal. Now, every morning, waking up, the volunteer sees two joyful faces in front of him, who came to say “Good morning!” The fox ears and the fluffy tail are actively rejoicing when they are stroked and kissed. Fanny began to behave in the apartment much better, you can leave her alone, she no longer steals things and shoes, as before, she began to nibble and spoil property less. The “young lady” is changing and re-educating, trying to please the volunteer, although sometimes the youthful enthusiasm gains the upper hand over education, and Fanny can, having forgotten himself, steal something. Still, a weakness for the little leprosy she still has. When she is punished for this, she shows with her whole appearance that this happened by chance, and she will never, ever again do that. Now baby has become a great “damn bitch”, she can sit for hours and look at the volunteer, hoping to get herself another “snack”. And so she does it – heartfelt, that I want to pamper myself once more than she, believe me, often uses. Just sits quietly and looks, so much so that you will give the last to please foxy ears. She is adorable !!!!

Fanny is a tender, quivering, very affectionate dog, a little coquette and a toy. This “baby” will find a way to any person, she just has to make sure that everything is good and no one will offend her. She tries to attract attention to herself, to be in the field of view of a person, to come up and stroke. The “young lady” will win any human heart, she will be a very grateful and responsive dog. A family that will become happy owners of “red chanterelles” will receive not only a new family member, but also a very devoted, grateful, tender and affectionate “girlfriend.” Take Fanny and you will not regret …. !!!!!
