Onze witte Russische prinses!!
Audrey is op straat gevonden en naar het asiel gebracht. Daar is ze twee maanden gebleven totdat de winter inviel. De winters in Rusland zijn zo afschuwelijk koud en zwaar dat de vrijwilligster haar mee naar huis heeft genomen en haar een tijdelijk thuis geeft. Ze houdt van knuffelspeeltjes en speelt haar met haar bal. Als je tegen haar begint te praten, staat ze onmiddellijk kwispelend naast je. Op straat, tijdens het lopen, luistert ze erg goed!
Ras: kruising (waarschijnlijk half Husky)
Gezondheid: goed
Houding tov volwassenen: goed. Ze herkent onmiddellijk alle leden van het gezin. Ze is het meest gehecht aan de vrouw des huizes die voor haar in het asiel zorgde en haar later mee naar haar huis nam.
Houding tov kinderen: Audrey kan bij kinderen ouder dan 10 jaar. Audrey wordt tijdens het wandelen vaak meegenomen naar een plek waar kinderen spelen. Ze staat dan op haar achterpoten omdat ze zo graag mee zou willen spelen.
Houding tov andere honden: goed. Ze is vriendelijk met alle honden. In het asiel was echter één hond waar ze niet mee overweg kon. De reden weten we niet, waarschijnlijk wilde ze zichzelf verdedigen. In het asiel wint de sterkste. Met de andere honden in het asiel kon ze goed overweg maar ze verdedigde wel haar plek en haar eten en gaf een ander geen kans daar aan te komen. Na haar sterilisatie kwam ze terug in het asiel en was ze erg mager en hongerig. Waarschijnlijk heeft haar gedrag daarmee te maken.
Als ze een onbekende hond tegen komt en ze is aangelijnd, blaft ze. Maar zodra de honden elkaar ontmoeten, begint ze te spelen. Ze toont geen agressie naar andere honden. Ze vindt het gewoon wel eens leuk om buiten even lekker te blaffen… Ze ‘praat’ tegen mensen en andere honden. Dit gedrag is herkenbaar bij Huskies!

Autorijden: goed
Voorkeur woonomgeving: De voorkeur gaat uit naar een familie waar ze de enige hond is omdat ze wel eens jaloers kan zijn.
Voorkeur adoptanten: Geen voorkeur
Huidige verblijfplaats: Opvanggezin in Rusland met een kat een een kleine hond. Ze gedraagt zich hier goed. Ze is zindelijk, maakt niets stuk en houdt van spelen. Zeer tolerant tov katten.

She is sterilized, vaccinated by her age, has a chip.
Clinically healthy.
Now lives at the foster place and shows a perfect behavior inside. Nothing spoil. Likes to play!
Very much tolerance to cats
Her story.
Audrey was found in the street and taken to the shelter. She stayed there for two months. You know that winters are cold in Russia. So her volunteer took her from the shelter and gave her a temporary home.
Now Audrey lives at foter place.
At home, she behaves very well. Immediately recognized all members of the family. Of course she is most distinguishes the woman who took care of her at the shelter, and then took home.
Audrey now lives in an apartment with a cat and a small dog and gets along fine with them. He likes to play with stuffed toys and a ball.
By the character of Audrey. She is dominant dog. In the shelter she was able to fight with one dog (only with one) We dont know the reason. Probably she wanted to protect herself to survive. In the shelter only the strongest wins.
Except this dogs – with other dogs she is very friendly.
With other dogs Audrey behaved well, but defended her place at the bowls and do not give anybody put their muzzles there.
After sterilization, she came back to the shelter very skinny and hungry.
When she sees a new dog and of she is on the leash she starts barking.
But when dogs meet each other she starts to play. She doesnt show agression to other dogs.
Once i took her to my friends place, they have a dog. So the meeting was very friendly, she wanted to sniff everything.
and yes, Audrey adores barking outside. She speaks to people and dogs. Maybe because she is a half of huskies breed and its normal behaviour for her
When we go for a walk we try to visit and join to children playing in the yard.
She trys to get up her back paws to join them.
When you start speak to her she is right near you to be patted and immediately starts to waging her tail.
In my thoughts she should be a single dog in a family because she is able to be jealously.
On the street while walking she listens you very well.
But of course for the first times she must be on the leash. Every dog needs time to get used to new conditions, new home, new language, new world.
