Arbat voelt zich helemaal thuis bij ons. Het gaat heel goed. 

Arbat came to the shelter in the fall of 2020 and was immediately noted by volunteers as an adequate and socialized dog, most likely a former house dog, because he treats people very friendly and does not experience any problems in an urban environment. It became clear as soon as we took him from the shelter. He was taken for overexposure on public transport, at first he rode on a crowded bus and people just stepped over him, and he lay and did not pay any attention to them, then he rode on the subway and also behaved very calmly, then easily entered the entrance and elevator, in the apartment stood near the sofa, looked at the hostess, as if asking, can I? And having received permission, he climbed onto the sofa. Arbat is very fond of being stroked, if they stop stroking him, he puts his paw on a hand – “go on.”

Food-drying / canned food, natural, loves dog treats.

Character – friendly with everyone, but especially attached to the owner, follows him on his heels. Moderately active. Attitude towards adults – friendly with all people, not a coward. The attitude towards children is not afraid, but there has been no close contact yet, only in transport, therefore in a family with children over 10 years old. The attitude towards other males and females dogs is calm, without aggression. When a dog is walking on a leash and walking towards it, it neither barks nor rushes. 

Attitude towards cats – now lives in a flat with cats. Doesn’t pay attention to them. Attitude towards other animals – does not react. As he walks on a leash, he pulls a little. When he just goes out for a walk, but then he walks next to the owner at his feet and back calmly. He know commands – sit, give a paw, a place. In a car behaves normal. Can  stay at home alone – sits alone at home all day, not spoil anything. Toilet – lasts 10 hours. 2x one-time walking.
