KOMT HIER HET GELUKKIGE VERHAAL VAN AFINA ?
De vrijwilligers uit Rusland zijn erg dankbaar voor de adopties en zijn natuurlijk erg blij met alle updates uit Nederland waarin ‘hun’ dieren in de nieuwe thuis en omgeving te zien zijn.
Het zou geweldig zijn om de Russische vrijwilligers het resultaat van hun vele werk te laten zien.
Wij willen u vragen alstublieft foto’s of video’s te mailen naar mymartin@mymartin.eu om de vrijwilligers uit Rusland hun gelukkige rushonden te laten zien. Alvast enorm veel dank.
Voor ons teamwerk is dit heel erg belangrijk.

Per 18 januari 2019 is Afina te België.
Afina, kwam in het asiel (voorjaar 2016) toen ze nog maar vier maanden oud was. Achter de tralies zonder mama, maar met drie zusjes, waarvan twee reeds geadopteerd. Afina en Taya bleven over, jaren lang hebben de zusjes een asielhok gedeeld.
Zindelijk in huis. Ze loopt keurig aan de lijn, zonder te trekken. Rustig in de auto, springt er zelf al in. Ze houdt van een actief leventje, veel wandelen en buiten zijn.
Met wandelen vindt ze het passeren van groepjes mensen nog erg spannend, gillende kinderen ervaart ze als onprettig. Vreemde honden loopt ze met een boogje omheen.
Afina kan een paar uurtjes alleen zijn (is nu met aanwezigheid van twee andere honden). Ze loopt vrij rond in huis. Slopen doet ze niet, maar verzameld o.a. schoenen, sokken en riemen in haar mandje. Ze heeft behoefte om te kunnen koesteren. Ze maakt het niet kapot.
Afina is een heel bescheiden hond, haar perfecte baas heeft (bij voorkeur) al minstens één stabiele (rustige) hond waar ze steun aan kan ontlenen. Haar zusje Taya komt begin maart naar NL. De twee zusjes samen adopteren behoort t.z.t. zeker tot de mogelijkheden!
Afina, ziet u zich zelf al lopen? Genieten van lekker buiten zijn met dit donkerbruin/zwarte dametje.
Haar nieuwe baasje is natuurlijk lief, rustig ,geduldig en zonder al te hoge verwachtingen. In een druk gezin zal Afina zich niet happy gaan voelen. Ze zoekt rust in haar leventje…. ze heeft moeite met drukte en lawaai.
Een afgesloten tuin, waar ze kan sprinten is zeker een pluspunt.
Binnen- en buitenshuis is ze niet altijd zeker van situaties. Haar nieuwe baasje snapt dat en geeft haar wat tijd, dan komt het helemaal goed. Vertrouwen winnen is heel belangrijk voor Afina!! Ze leert gelukkig heel snel.

Her story: A small black family came to a shelter in the spring of 2016. There were four small black lumps and all the girls for 4 – 5 months. The teeth have not completely changed, but all have already been sterilized.
Small and a little shy got into an unknown place without mother. But slowly they began to get used to and get used to a new place.
One girl, Lastochka, was the most active, fearless and curious. She was the first who found her house and owner in Moscow.
The second, Nochka, was also more active and also quickly found its home and its owner in Holland.
And the other two sisters were left in a shelter. They were a bit shy, as their sisters were more active nearby. And they didn’t trust people much and were afraid of them.
But when the more active little sisters left, attitudes towards people gradually began to change. They have become braver and more trusting towards us, volunteers.
Afina is very kind, affectionate and trusting creature
For sisters the best time is to spend with a person. They are ready to go with him and everywhere. And explore the world together and discover new places. They did not see anything in their short life. In four months they were put in a cage and they looked at the world through a small lattice.
And only when they began to trust and go beyond their cell, they saw a very different life …. there is green grass, trees, rain, snow ….
And life began to return to their small bodies, and their look became more trusting.
Girls love to play and run with other dogs. No one is offended and friends with everyone.
Play well with each other.
They love people very much, they are happy to meet with them, they are happy to run for a walk.
Tais is more relaxed behaves with people then her Afina. Afina is cautious, but she gets used to trusting.
Both walk well on a leash, but like all young and active, they love to run without it.
Eats everything, has no food allergy. With people behaves carefully but friendly. Has an experience walking with 13th-years-old volunteer, probably the dog will be afraid of young children, still she needs a special approach. We haven’t checked her on cats. Also we don’t know how she behaves in a car. She is very good with other dogs and may be a second dog in a family. There may be a problem with the toilet. She doesn’t know it, probably it will take some time for her to get used to it.
