Houding tov volwassenen: Goed.
Houding tov katten: Goed.

7. The history of the dog
Whitney was born in the industrial zone in Moscow. At the construction site puppies ran all winter among the pipes, plates and fittings. At first “very strange mother” fed and protected puppies, but then, as soon as the puppies turned 2a months, began to leave, leaving them for a long time in the booth. The hungry puppies were presented to themselves, the kids wandered about the construction site in search of food and entertainment. Of the seven puppies, Whitney was the most active, the white puppy was the most active and cheerful dog, joyfully met the volunteer, communicated with builders and passers-by. “Beautiful white girl” had to her, affable, cheerful and tender “baby” played with a volunteer, climbed “on the handles” and long stroked. It was evident that she really wanted human attention, always tried to squeeze the first, once again to pat her and gave a delicious.
In the spring of all the puppies the volunteer took away from the industrial zone and decided on quarantine. In the room, the kids lived about 1.5 months, after which by the summer of all the “horses” were transported to the shelter, where he built a nice aviary with paths and booths. In general, life was good, the volunteer often visited them, brought toys, played with them, and began training with a trainer. A talented “young lady” listened well and performed commands, it was clear that the dog has a great potential.
Closer to winter, the situation in the shelter changed dramatically. Volunteers were no longer allowed to go to the animals, and
Whitney was transplanted into the enclosure with other teenage puppies. Marked bites on the paws said that the dogs were fighting, and the dog often got, apparently she had to win “his place under the sun.” All this had a strong effect on the dog and on her character. Within 2 months, the volunteer did not have access to the dog, and when it became possible to pick it up, the animal’s look was depressing. It was evident that the dog was starving for several weeks, its sunken sides and skin-tight ribs spoke for themselves. It is possible to say that Whitney was beaten! The dog reacted in panic horror to 3 things: boots, camouflage clothes, a loud cry of a tall man, any swings. At the loud voice of a man, the dog was clamped and written, and when a nearby person waved a hand nearby, the animal bit by the hand with fear.
Here, in this condition, the dog sat in the volunteer’s car, the volunteer took the whole cage to a new place of settlement. Overexposure dogs lived for 2 months, where they ate and recovered. In autumn the whole aviary was transported to the shelter closer. Twice a month the volunteer came to visit, feed the delicious, play with dogs. Each time, Whitney stood out from all of her “praying call to take her out of the enclosure.” Every time a volunteer came, she every minute tried to climb on the handles, stroked, tried to occupy the whole space, just pull out a piece of attention for herself, only her. It became unbearable, every time it was very difficult to look into those praying eyes and staunchly keep the defense. In one such day, the volunteer simply could not stand it and took the dog home.
From this moment Whitney lives in the apartment as a volunteer with 8 dogs and 2 cats. At first it was difficult. The first 2 days she fell asleep and ate off, a couple of days she watched TV and studied the situation on the ground. And then flatly refused to sit in a cage, broke, screamed. Understanding that this should not be a volunteer transplanted “scandal” in the bathroom, but this option did not suit her. The dog demanded to relocate himself on the sofa. Again I had to concede, and the bathroom door would not last long. Whitney lost again! And then there were magical changes, the behavior of the dog radically changed. She achieved what she wanted and almost completely submitted to the rules of living with the master dogs and another “meek lamb of Madeleine.” Having received the remaining scrap on the couch, the “young lady” became tender, very obedient, with a half-word understanding and the team performing the dog. True, she does not give up trying to occupy some other place, but in general, more because of her problems there.
Whitney is a “stuck”, she very much wants to stand out against the general background, it is very important for her to be noted, so she is ready to spend hours with a flock, pouring herself, “giving a paw,” catching the eyes of the volunteer. The mind listens and executes the commands. If she explains what is possible and what is not allowed, the “young lady” will try to obey and fulfill.
The horrors experienced in the shelters, the change of the enclosures and the overexposures, the crossings, the cage – all postponed a strong imprint on the behavior of the dog. But Whitney is a strong young lady, her natural mind, complaisance, kindness, the desire to be noted, and most importantly the desire to be loved, disposes to this dog, in a special way. I really want to press and support her. The desire of the dog to like and find your house can be seen in her desire on the street to get acquainted with people. Through fear, the mind begins, slightly shyly, sniffing at others, it can come up, allow itself to be stroked. It can be seen that the dog understands everything, and she really wants to find her house. Slowly the dog starts to trust the person again, but the frightened look will probably not last long, it reads the question: “Will you swear or am I good?” And if it’s good, then there will be lots of joy. Running, frolicking, playing, hugging, kissing is such a reaction to praise and attention. She likes to beg something. Nose in the armpit, ask to scratch her belly, be sure to give it a paw and so on many times. That’s how life would be !!!
This young lady is looking for a family, ready to be a companion and a loyal friend, wants to plunge headlong into the sea of love and joy. This particular dog is able to give all of herself and a little bit more, she really wants to be a domestic dog. The patience with which she is waiting for her family must necessarily be rewarded and her special “happy end” should happen as soon as possible. She very much believes in this and is waiting. White dog Whitney is very much waiting for his master and friend!
